Last week, the American Medical Association announced its opposition to a public health insurance plan.

Now the powerful doctors group has scaled back its opposition—but stopped short of endorsing the president’s plan.

This is great progress, but it's not good enough. Ask the AMA to endorse President Obama's public health insurance option.
