After seven years of deception and degredation of our international reputation, we can't expect Bush to do anything...but Congress can stop it. Our international reputation is ruined by seven years of the Bush administration, and it's only getting worse as President Bush is trying to put private contractors above international law. I want to see our international reputation repaired, not further degraded. Please require our private contractors to follow the laws of this country and others.
