Today, the Center for American Progress releases a new report How to Close Guantanamo.  Progressives agree on the need to close this symbol of Bush-Cheney lawlessness.  But how we go about closing the prisons is more difficult.  CAP’s Ken Gude lays out a roadmap for closing Guantanamo over the next eighteen months in a way that honors the values of American justice and makes us safer and more secure.
