Our addiction to fossil fuels – especially foreign oil – is jeopardizing our national security. From wars in Iraq and Afghanistan to the looming threat of global warming, we're at a crossroads. We've taken small steps toward a more sustainable future by providing tax incentives for investment in the research and development of renewable energy sources like wind and solar. Now our leaders in Congress have the opportunity to extend those tax credits.

From wars to global warming, all signs point toward the need for a sustainable energy future, one featuring safe, renewable energy sources like wind and solar. Please encourage the development of these technologies by supporting the Alternative Energy Tax Credits extension.
