Governors: Don't let the stimulus become another bailout

The passage of President Obama's economic recovery package is a big step, but it's only the beginning. Without some accountability, this stimulus package could become another bailout situation, with funds being mis-used and no accountability.

That's why we need to let our governors know that we're watching, and we expect these funds to be used to put as many Americans as possible back to work.
